The Centre for Infocomm Technology is a Research Centre under the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. The centre was formed in 2011 and brings together expert in the area of Information and Communication Engineering. In line with the Singapore Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) 2020 roadmap, the centre now gears itself towards supporting Singapore vision to become a Smart Nation. In particularly, the centre focuses in translating cutting edge technologies into useful and deployable solutions for Smart Mobility, Smart Environment, and Smart Living. Their vision is to become a leading centre of excellence for research and education in information and communication engineering. Their mission is to spearhead cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research and collaboration in strategic areas of information and communication technologies and applications.
